These terms govern use of the Maahes AI Inc. (“Maahes,” “we,” or “us”) website and services.
Our services
Maahes provides AI readiness assessments, weekly monitoring of Gemini API responses to selected local questions, and suggestions for improving publicly available professional information. AI answers vary by model, question, location, and time. We do not guarantee a particular AI recommendation, leaderboard rank, lead volume, or business result.
Leaderboard
The public Greater Vancouver AI Readiness Leaderboard shows the top 100 agents among professional websites Maahes has assessed. A score reflects our published methodology and the information available on the assessment date. It assesses website readiness, not professional competence, client satisfaction, or sales performance.
Purchasing a Maahes plan does not change the scoring rules or guarantee a higher rank. To report a factual error, email neo@maahes.ca. No purchase is required to raise an error.
Free Trial and automatic conversion
Submitting a trial request form does not start the trial or authorize a charge. We will contact you by email with next steps. The trial starts only after you separately confirm checkout.
The Free Trial lasts 7 days and includes Gemini monitoring of up to 10 active local questions each week. A credit card is required to start the trial.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to Starter. Stripe will charge your saved payment method CAD $49 plus applicable taxes when the 7-day trial ends and monthly thereafter until you cancel. The exact trial end date and first charge date are shown before you confirm your trial.
You can cancel during the trial by emailing neo@maahes.ca. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged for Starter.
Starter billing and cancellation
Starter includes Gemini monitoring of up to 20 active local questions each week. You may edit your active questions; changes made after a weekly monitoring run take effect in the next run.
Starter renews monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by emailing neo@maahes.ca. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the current paid period. We do not provide a partial-month refund except where required by law or to correct a billing error.
Your use of Maahes
Provide accurate information when using the service. You may use reports supplied to you for your professional business. You may not misrepresent a Maahes score as a guarantee of AI recommendations, interfere with the service, or seek access to information that has not been made available to you.
You retain rights in material you provide to Maahes and allow us to use it as needed to deliver the service you request.
Changes and contact
We will give advance notice of material changes to a paid plan or its price. A price change applies only to a future billing period after notice. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable Canadian law.
